Our Story

Croy was founded by Axel Cruz (right) and Donyeil 'Donny' Hoy (left) in 2024. Axel has a B.A. in Theater from the University of Massachusetts, while Donny holds a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Connecticut. They met in 2015 in New England, where they not only shared a love for each other but also a love of fashion.

Inspired by a lack of high fashion options among menswear, Axel and Donny sought to create their own aesthetic. They wanted an aesthetic that blends feminine elements of texture and color with masculine silhouettes, one that is inspired by science and theater, and one that is crafted with ingenuity and drama. Thus, Croy was born.
